Verify the booking on the airline's own website
Every reservation PDF includes the airline booking reference. Anyone, including the embassy, can look it up.

A reservation is a hold, not a paid ticket. It is not valid for boarding. To travel you must buy the ticket from the airline.

Is a flight reservation a real ticket?
No. A flight reservation is a real booking held with the airline under its own booking reference (PNR), but it is not paid for or ticketed. That is why it costs a small fee instead of the full airline fare. It is not valid for boarding.
Can I check the reservation on the airline website?
Yes. Open the airline's "Manage booking" page, enter the booking reference and the passenger's family name from your PDF, and the same flights and passenger name appear.
How quickly will I receive my reservation?
Usually within a few hours. The PDF is emailed to you and is also kept on your private reservation page.
Why is a one-way reservation priced differently from a return?
A one-way reservation holds one flight, a return holds two, and a multi-city trip holds three or more. Each is priced separately so you only pay for the flights you need.
What is the difference between the reservation and the itinerary plan?
The Verifiable Flight Reservation is a real airline booking with a PNR you can verify. The Flight Itinerary is a neat plan built from real airline schedules; it is not a booking and has no PNR.
Will the embassy or visa centre accept it?
Many do, but rules differ by country and visa type. Always check the instructions of the embassy or visa centre. Some ask for a paid ticket; a reservation is a low-cost way to show your plans while your visa is processed.
How long does the reservation stay active?
The airline decides the hold time. Where the airline gives a deadline it is printed on your PDF. If you need a longer hold, contact us before it expires.
What if you cannot make the reservation?
If our system cannot make it automatically, our team books it by hand and checks it with the airline. If it still cannot be done, you are refunded in full.
